Srilata Naidu, MD practices Comprehensive Ophthalmology with a Subspecialty of Cornea Diseases.  She offers medical and surgical care of routine and complex cataracts, Femtosecond Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery, Premium Intraocular Lenses as well as Corneal Diseases.  

Dr Naidu completed her undergraduate and medical school at Brown University.  She did her internship at Beth Israel- Deaconess Hospital affiliated with Harvard University. She was Chief Resident of Ophthalmology at NYU School of Medicine.  After completing her Cornea Fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, she was asked by NYU to return and teach Ophthalmology residents.  Subsequently, she has been providing care in the community setting. 

Dr Naidu has been involved in research during her tenures at Brown University, NYU and Wills Eye Hospital. She has contributed book chapters and review articles on Corneal diseases.
